Default rear window defogger

Just noticed this last night. Thought is was leftover remnants of the price/specs sticker but turns out it was part of the defogger. Wierd thing is that it is only on the rear passger side window and the pattern of the wires are a bit strange looking vs the normal looking back window setup. Never noticed when I was in the stealership or test drive. Everyone else have it?

My Touring has it too. IMHO it's for the driver shoulder checking on the passenger side. So you can see out the window. Shoulder check the driver's side...you can't see the rear window so no need for a defroster.

I see the thinking behind it...but I would have preferred both sides.

Usually the "wires" in the rear passenger side windows are the radio antenna, there is no external antenna on Pilot. I don't think its part of the rear defrost.

The button on dash shows rear window and what looks like the rear side window, but it's a picture of the side mirrors along with the rear window that gets heated once the rear defogger is turned on. Those lines are just antenna lines in the rear passnger side.

If that is the antenna for the radio, is the puck on the roof for XM or something else?

The hockey puck on the roof is for satellite and the the window defroster looking material on the rear passenger window is the regular antenna.

GPS is under the dash.
