I just dont understand the addition of wheels like this to a vehicle like the pilot. Seems to take away from the utility aspect of it. Correct me if Im wrong, but dont high performance tires perform poorly in any conditions other than completly dry? Why not just buy a sports car? Its not like you can drive the pilot like one. Just my $0.02...total thread drift, sorry.

Looks like the sales manager's demonstrator at one of the stealerships we visited, 'cept his had foggies with trim.....and not as shiny, though....Zaino?!
I just don't like those "bling bling" rims....sorry.

Roundish chrome mirrors are great on a vintage roadster, but half of big rectangular SUV mirrors? Is that a statement about classic style? I don't think so. I don't particularly like most chrome wheels either, perhaps on a 60s muscle car, but on a family FWD minivan-based SUV? The Pilot s just NOT a car that accepts bling well. Actually, I don't even like the paint or finish on cars to be too shiny either. I want to see some deeper meaningful colors rather than squint because of all the reflected glare. But, if you like it on your car, that's all that really matters. If your car expresses who you really are, then it's a beautiful car! De gustibus et coloribus et blingichromibus non disputandum est.
