Default Bling on a budget

A really tiny budget: $33 for a chrome license plate frame and exhaust tip. Who needs dubs?!?!

Yah -- did I see that wwong works for a Honda dealer or something? He can probably write off his bling on his taxes! How could I compete with that?!

I don't think he works for Honda, but worked or works for 3M, that how he gets what he needs for the pads and stuff.
