Very nice! I never liked the red color until the '06 body sytle came out. Looks a lot better for some reason. BTW, how's the TSX on road in terms of quietness. Also, is it baby/kid friendly?

Thanks again. Yea i like the color too.
As far as the tsx i love it. Truly a beautiful car. Its pretty quiet. Its not too big in the back so if u have too many kids i wouldnt recommend. I just love the way it drives and ohh the way it looks. Are you thinking of getting one?

The TSX is definitely on the test drive list....we're shooting for something in the $20K to $30K range that has decent MPG. Right now, we just have one infant so as long as my wife is comfortable with the carseat in the back then it's all good. I used to have a 4-door Integra and my only major gripe was the road noise.

I got my TSX back in Oct 2003. I sold both TSX and CRV to go with Pilot.

Thats great! I hope u opt for the tsx. its a great car. had a 4dr intergra myself (sold it 6mos ago) it was a 95. The tsx is bigger and feels more family oriented. it drives smoother and is more quiet. If u do get the tsx i can recommend a great forum to check out. U know what.........if u want more opinions on the tsx go check out tsxclub.com everyone there is great. Im sure ull like it.

Make sure you try and fit all you plan to put in it before buying. I spent a lot of time in a loaner TSX while they tried to fix my MDX. It is a small vehicle. I am 6 ft and it felt very tight in the drivers seat - the seat would not go back enough and my head was at the roof. Even though it has 200 hp, it's torque rating is low. I got sick of revving it to redline just to keep up with traffic. I prefer the torque of a V6, but if that doesn't bother you, then no problem. The suspension was a little on the harsh side also, that's good for handling but maybe not for a sleeping baby. If I was going to buy a Honda/Acura sedan, it would be the TL. If I didn't want to spend that much then it would be a V6 Accord.

I dunno guys. i have no complaints on the tsx. great bang for a buck in a luxury vehicle cat. i have no kids so i dont use the rear seats a lot but ED27 if i were u i would def go test drive one. cuz the stuff i adore on my tsx mght not be the stuff ull like. the accord v6 is a great car and its got more room in the back so as jl_ss suggested its a great option. I have to add that I have read in numerous atricles that even tho the tsx is a 4 cyl its better than many v-6 out there. Better so than the accord v-6. U can read up on that too. But if u are seriously thinking of getting something in the 20-30K category like u say i would def test drive the tsx. Ohhh did i mention its 100% japanese ;-).....there are many many cars in this category and its a hard descision. But honestly i dont regret getting my tsx for a min.
Also, might consider the nissan maxima. .....test drove one the other day.....all i have to say is Wow!!!!
Also great room in the back

Nice combo! We have a white '05 TSX and a black '05 Pilot in our garage. I think its a great package: sporty luxury next to utility and comfort.

If TSX's low-end torque is anything like my '97 Prelude I won't be disappointed. Besides my driving habits have changed ever since my wife became pregnant and gas prices started to soar. As far as comfort goes, my wife and I are vertically challenged so our heads should have plenty of clearance . Whatever car we get will be the daily-driver. We'll save the Pilot for long drives and trips to Home Deposit.

The test drive list I have so far is:
TSX
Civic
Accord
Camry

If we wait a little longer (summer '07) we can afford something more expensive (i.e TL, G35, IS250, Maxima, etc.).

Then you should be happy with the TSX, the 97 Prelude had 195 HP (7,000 RPM) and 156 lb-ft (5,250 RPM) while the TSX has 205 hp (7,000 RPM) and 164 lb-ft (4,500 RPM). The TSX weighs about 200 lbs more. I did have the automatic as the loaner and it just seemed to suck all the power out of it - I couldn't wait to get the MDX V6 back.

I did have a 1989 Prelude Si for a while and my vertically challenged wife could only depress the clutch pedal half way with the seat pulled all the way forward. She had to use a pedal block to be able to reach all the way to fully depress the clutch. And I had to actually drive it with my head in the sunroof cutout area. We had just had someone total our Accord and needed a replacement quick. We came across the Prelude at such a good price that we couldn't pass it up. We didn't have it long because of those issues but we made money when we got rid of it.
