The spokes on this wheel will be more full, more luxury, but with the same light weight of our current forged wheel. 20" x 8.5" should weigh between 21-22 lbs which is seriously lightweight, and won't affect braking or acceleration.

lol, thats a toy ant my 2 year old son set on the bumper when I wasn't looking.
Just curious about what you plan on using for a spare? Does a 275/45-20 fit in the spare tire well?

How does the weight of your 17" wheels compare to the stock EX wheels?

Are the wheel max load ratings available?

Both rides are super sweet Ronjon. I like the wheels on the Pilot and also the Acura. I know my Pilot will never be used as a offroad vehicle. I am too picky. My wife tells me I take better care of the vehicles than I do her.....She's just kidding...I think!!!! lol. Na she likes our 06 Accord and the 06 Pilot. IMO I say to each his or hers own. Great Job!!

Haven't tried to fit a full sized 275 in the spare area. Our 17" wheels (Servo) weighs in at 21 lbs, but they are alot cheaper and cast aluminum. We have a 17" wheel coming out that will weigh an incredible 13 lbs, now that is going to dramatically increase comfort and performance of the pilot.
Load ratings are well above 1800 lb per wheel. This is a forged wheel, strength and lightness are it's main characteristics.

Wow, a 17" @ 13lbs with a 1800 load rating!

Do you happen to know how much the stock EX wheel weighs? I am guessing about 20-23lbs.

Will the new 17"/13lb wheel be certified to meet/exceed SFI, VIA or TUV?

The 1800 lb load rating is for our current wheel, which doesn't come in 17", but we will have to see what load rating will be available for the 17" when we build it. All our wheels have JWL, VIA certification, it says so right on the face of the wheel.

Thanks, they took about 15 minutes to install. real easy but I wish they stuck out a bit more, they are almost under the body. If I were to go back, i would get the chrome lines running boards from Westin.

I prefer the looks of the 20" 1pF forged wheels as it seems to fit the Pilot much better compared to the 19" inspyre wheels you featured at hondasuv.com last September 02, 2004. Just my opinion.

By the way, whatever happened to the front clear headlamps?
I noticed you're back with the stock headlamps with the orange side lens.

Would you still recommend clearing the front headlamp lens despite the condensation it gets.... even though its well sealed?
I was hoping to do the same on my headlamps for quite sometime now although I'm still in the process of getting some feedback from people who have done it as to its pros and cons.
Is it something I can do as a DIY project?
I would appreciate any input.
Thanks.

By the way, I agree with Aru4mie that the 20" 1pf forged wheels looks a lot better on the Pilot as compared to the 19" inspyre wheels.

Looking forward to the 17" lightweight (13 lbs) once it hits the market.

Real nice set up, and I love the colormatched fender flares... Quick question, I just got a great deal on some TSW Vortex 18, sitting on 255/55 Tires, and should fit beautifully, however my offset is 20mm and know it will stick out a bit, but was hoping flares would disguise the sticking out. But now that I see your 40mm et does exactly what I had in mind, now makes me wonder

How much more do the flares pull out the wheel well look/facade?
