Newbie - 06 EXL-RES 2WD Amazon Green

Hello Everybody,

I am new to this forum. I got my Honda Pilot EXL-RES (Amazon Green Metallic) last Dec 23, 2005. I posted pics in the gallery. I got 2WD as I normally just to drive to work or my wife just use it to bring my kids to school.

Dealer installed accesories: Cross Rails, Cargo mat, Back and Splash Guards.

After 2 week (not in pic.), I got OEM Black Side steps installed by the dealer by mistake. I initially wanted the Running Boards after I changed my mind on the advance alarm which I already paid.. After 10 days of painful negotiation of getting the dealership to trade the alarm (500++) for a running boards. They agreed after telling them the amount difference is now more than my phone bill on just calling them. However, they installed the Black Side steps instead of the Running board. The dealership just called me that the running board is now available and I can have the Black OEM steps removed.

I need some advise: Should I install the Running Board or Black Side steps ?

Updates: I have attahed some more pics in the Galleries. DSee the OEM side steps installed by dealer. I still need to decide if I will have them replaced by the OEM running board. Please help me decide.

I have the steps, and love them, no problems with my 3 kids and short me getting in and out. I think they look pretty cool too

Congrats on your gorgeous green Pilot. That is by far my most favorite Pilot color. Definitely a love it or hate it color, I LOVE IT!
