Watermen in my small community would regularly bring my mother a bushel of crabs
gratis; one of the things to be said for lifelong friendships and/or family ties. Relatively few people get to taste
freshly steamed and picked-out crabmeat. As you say, Nothing like fresh and free seafood!
Last I heard, a bushel currently sells for $150. Thar's gold in them thar crabs!
