Hit curb now front wheel hums

I hit a curb with the passenger front wheel hard enough to chip the rim and bend the lower control arm. I had replaced the ball joints, links, struts at 100,000 miles. I have 127,000 now.
I replaced the rim (tire seems okay), lower control arm, axle (new Cardone) and stabilizer link, had the new wheel balanced and a 4 wheel alignment. This car has been very quiet on the highway but I now pick up a slight hum, starts at 35 to 40 mph and is not affected by turning. The noise seems to get a little louder with speed but not exceedingly so. I am thinking it may be a bearing or a bad belt in the tire. Before I start rotating wheels and replacing a bearing I was hoping for some help from this forum.
Thoughts?

I haven't done this job, so I don't know what the exact prices are.

There are two ways of doing it. You can buy or rent a tool to press on/press off the bearing using a large screw and a ratchet or impact wrench. Or, you can remove the knuckle and have it done at a shop. While a Hub Grappler is almost $500 I don't think it's necessary here, I think the ATD for ~ $120 will do, but maybe someone who has done the job can weigh in.

There's lots of threads about this:
