You mean "Check Engine"?

If anything with the engine add vibration to the driveline (such as an EGR problem) it often brings on the VTM-4 light.

I got the P0134 o2 sensor is what i mean. It seemed crazy that the two would be related. Just changed the vtm fluid to see if that clears the vtm light but that fluid wasn't old. i'll change the o2 and see what happens.

I've also got the Check Engine light and VTM-4 light on. I read the code and it also is a P0134 = "Bank 1 Sensor 1 O2 sensor circuit no activity detected". I bought this vehicle (2008 EX-L) new in Feb 2008 and it's sat in my garage until I recently started using it. It has about 4,000 miles. Yeah, I know.

P0134 is time and voltage measurement suggesting the potential for an O2 sensor failure, bust heater in the sensor, fuse or damaged wiring to the O2 sensor. Could easily be a temporary glitch. Tempted to suggest that you reset the code, and see if it happens again unless the engine is running badly.
Pilot likes to revert to FWD only in the presence of a check engine light
