Default 2004 Honda Pilot Noise

I have a 2004 Honda Pilot EX with 118K. And for the past 2 months I've had the ABS, VTM-4 light on, but I have no time to fix it. But now I have the time to fix it. I took my Pilot to my local Honda Dealership to get a diagnosis test done. Since my Malfunction Indicator Lamp came on also. And it came up that my Intake Manifold had to come off and be cleaned. And my ABS is because insufficient flow in the right rear speed sensor. But after I left the dealer I started hearing a thumping noise for the second time. The first time I heard it was a month before any of the lights came on. So I started hearing a loud thumping noise in the back of my pilot. And it sounds like its falling apart when I drive. I was turned my steering wheel all the way to turn and my pilot was like jumping/hopping until the front wheels were straight again. I took the pilot to a local shop and they said my Differential was going. And that I could get it Rebuilt or buy a used one. How much Would it cost to get it rebuilt? With all the labor. I also bought the vehicle at an auction last November. So I don't know if the previous owner changed the VTM-4 fluid was changed. Could that be the cause of it making a thumping noise. Or is my Differential actually going.

I suspect someone put 90wt not VTM fluid in the rear diff. This will damage the rear diff if you don't fix it asap.
