Hi folks
Well I just successfully installed a remote start/alarm on my wifes 2012 pilot Now I am ready to install one in my 2008 pilot ex-l.The problem is that I was told that atleast in the viper series of alarms there is a problem getting the doors to unlock, and that In addittion to the transponder bypass that you need an additional module to unlock the door(s) What i used in the 2012 pilot was a viper 5704v and a DB-ALL transponder bypass. I guess in 2008 the computer systems in these pilots were not as advanced and additional work is needed to unlock the doors. I am happy with the viper so far if anybody can chime in on what they may have installed in their 2008 pilots and what they had to do to get the door locks to work. thanks all |

Hi, my Pilot is an 2006 but Ive just installed a bulldog deluxe 500, I am using a DB All for key immobilizer but my doors are wired to passenger kick panel. I have two problems though, with alarm remote I can only lock doors and for some reason the pilot wont start. I know this doesn't help but I figured two heads are better than one
