Nothing really wrong with using AT tires.

I had a set of Bridgestone Dueler A/T Revo 2 on for a couple years now. They are wearing very well (should be able to easily get 55-60K miles on them), and there's no noticeable impact on gas mileage. They are a little noisier on the highway, but nothing horrible.

I thought so, too, until I replaced a set of Toyo Open Country A/T with the Michelin LTX M/S2, which are so much quieter.

Re Michelin Cross-Terrains, they are still available from Costco (around$160 each), from Sears (about $190), and from Merchant Tire, (also above $190 each). I have a set on my '05 and they were MUCH better than the original Goodyears.
After more than 60K miles on this set and two nail punctures, including an upper sidewall one which my local gas station plugged, I started searching for new Cross-Terrains and found the best price at Costco, though you have to special order, pay in advance, and wait about 7 days for them to get to your local warehouse. It runs $680 out the door for 4, including install and a $70 Michelin rebate.

My wife has Goodyear Wrangler Silent Armor in factory sizing. They have been great so far in the Montana winters, mud, gravel for hunting and what not. They have about 20k on them right now and expect another 35-40k out of them. They are still very quiet on the highway as well.

The Goodyear Wranglers on my Pilot are too noisy, I'm swapping out to Michelin LTX A/T2's...

If you buy the TOYOs get the H/T Highway tread, not the A/T All Terrain

I see everyone likes Michelin, I like them too. But Sams Club had a sale and I put Goodyear Fortera Tripletred on my pilot. They have lasted well, noise isn't too bad, and traction in the snow is really good. They were much cheaper than Michelin when I bought them. This was a few years ago.

I know it is different version now, but just a thought to consider.
