Default 2007 Pilot-Inside of headlight lens foggy

Any idea of an easy way to clean the inside of the headlight lens? Headlight illumination really reduced.

Why would it need cleaning? It's supposed to be a sealed lens, so in general, not much gets in there. Was it cracked or did a seal fail somewhere?

Then I concur with Rocky... Replace the lens. There is no easy way to clean all the innards of the lens.

Looks like the bumper needs to come off.

You probably already took care of this but I recently had my Honda dealer do a full detail on my 03 Pilot to include the headlight lens. When I got my car back I thought they had put new lenses on it was that clean and clear.
Would suggest you check with your Honda dealer detail folks and either see what they use to clean them or get them to do it. Having them cleaned also did improve my headlight illumination- so its not just a cosmetic thing.
