Hi Everyone,
I enjoy reading everyones posts and wanted to chip in also. I did this mod a while back but decided to share what I have been doing to my 05 ex. Thanks. These 18 inch rims are from Element SC and I put the TPMS from my wheels and went with a higher profile 245/60/18 Bridgestone Duelers for a taller stance. BTW the Pilot rides much smoother now!

I serious doubt that these rims have the necessary strength and construction to be safely used with a Pilot.
The Element has a max all up weight of just over 4000. The Pilot max weight is just under 6000. Add a trailer and the difference is even greater. They may look nice but reckon you just created a potential death trap for yourself and other road users when one or more wheels fail.
