ABS light stays on after bearing repair - Honda Pilot

does anyone know why the ABS light stays on after i had my front left wheel bearing replaced on my 2006 Pilot? The mecahnic tried to reset the codes but that didn't work. he is ordering a new sensor to try that as a fix? anyone have the same issue? any suggestions?

That would be the first thing I'd try. If that was the only work done, it almost has to be that something occurred to damage the sensor or wiring and/or it was improperly re-installed.

make sure the abs connector is plugged in. might have unplugged it to change the bearing and forgot to clip it back in.

If its not properly seated, it will throw an error code.
