Default WeatherTech Floor Liners - Bad fitment

A couple weeks ago I ordered some WeatherTech DigitalFit for my 07 Pilot. The passenger-side liner isn't horrible (definitely not perfect though) but the driver's side has major gaps. Anyone else have have this problem? I'm thinking of trying to return them and just buying some Honda all season mats. I tried reshaping the sides using a heat gun with no success.

I received an email from them. I gotta say, their customer service is top notch. They offered a full refund with no hassles.

Guess I hadn't paid that close attention to mine until today. Mine is similar to your picture, although my pedal side doesn't seem as off. Haven't had any concerns from it though. Been happy with them thus far.

Glad they were able to resolve your concerns with a refund since these are pricey. Good luck with your next ones.

Interesting post, glad you got things resolved.

I was about to place an order for these myself but was contemplating between them and the Husky floor liners. Anyone have any feedback on how the Huskys fit etc.?

Husky is supposed to be a very good fit. I tried Weather Tech floorliners on my wife's RX and they were awful, ended up sending two sets back before getting their rubber mats, only to find that the mats are cut very small. Lots of guys on here love Weather Tech, but they were garbage for me.

I'm a little surprised, as the fit in my 07 Accord looks better.

Still, for catching and holding ice, snow & general debris from shoes...I haven't found anything I've liked better than the digitalfit mats.

When I do the first hand-wash of the car in the spring, I'm always a little stunned at the gunk that gets caught...and pleased with how pristine the carpet look beneath the mat.

They're a little like getting a slip-cover on a nice couch though. The carpet stays clean, but unless you occasionally remove the mats...you don't get to enjoy the clean.

I take the mats out during the summertime for a particularly long road-trip, but for the most part they stay in the car year-round.
