I have an '06 Pilot, I wanted to remove the rear spoiler, but it seems as if the center fastener is stripped. Anyone have detailed pictures of what the spoiler looks like when removed. I figured that the fastener is probably a slip on type. And I am thinking that I may be able to remove the other screws and push the spoiler in the direction to release the center stripped fastener.
Thanks ahead of time Rich |

Since the spoiler includes the high mounted stop light, removing the spoiler would make your car illegal.
Unless you figured out a plan to address that minor issue?

I am trying to see if there is a way that I could mount a trunk type bike rack.
The hitch type setup runs me more than what I paid for my bike, I have a trunk type rack from my other car, but obviously since the top part of the hatch is plastic it is not recommended. I am thinking that I might be able to find some metal up there and neatly make a few slots in the rear spoiler for some sort of extension bracket to be able to hang the bike rack from. I know...sounds off the wall.... |
