Does it occur more often under very light acceleration? If so, it could be the EGR valve needs cleaning/replacement. Relatively common on the older Pilots. Sometimes it will trigger the VTM and CEL lights, but not always.

I am guessing it is the 4th gear pressure switch and/or the torque converter lock up clutch.
The switch is easy, and the clutch is usually a new transmission. There is some thought that as the switch wears out/fails, it is what is causing the clutch to fail. At those speeds you are in 5th gear and the clutch is cycling in and out of lock-up. But it could be the EGR also, the feeling is about the same. EGR usually trips a Check Engine and even a VTM warning light. Trans usually does not till it is bad enough to trip the flashing "D".

Have him change the 4th gear pressure switch, change the fluid, and hope it gets much better.
Try not to drive at the speed where it happens, as a chattering clutch is a destructive process.

My guess is with the high gearing and low engine speeds of the 5th gear, a bad switch engages 5th a little too early putting more then normal strain on the lockup clutch. Chattering clutches of any kind self destruct very quickly. I probably caught it a little late, and the clutch is a bit worn. There was also the person (I forget who) that cleaned a filter on a valve and had some good luck. I have not gone there yet.

I had my fourth gear pressure switch replaced about 6 months ago and it cost about $270 ($160 of that was labor alone. The hourly labor rate was $105!). I suggest changing it yourself if you have the time and tools required.
