roof rack desinstallation - Honda Pilot

Hi, I have to desinstall and advance my pilot 2007 roof rack to prevent the back door from hitting my long thule roof box, but I cand take out the front cover to reach the screws
how do I do it?

That previous link is correct. Step one with the flat screw driver is how I got the front cover to "slide" forward exposing the screws. Good luck
