Default 2006 Pilot error code PO301

I was wondering if anyone else has had this error code PO301 engine misfire cylinder 1. I have 68k miles and it runs normal no noise or loss of power.
Sounds like it could be a number of things - spark plug, coil, valves etc. Just wondering if there is a common problem or if there are some things that rarely break (coil).
Also if I bring it in and they suggest valve adj should I get water pump and belts or is it too early.
Thanks

Great TSB that helps a lot! I will see if the dealer will do the work but I think I am past warranty at 68k. At the very least I can take it to a shop and they will know where to start.
Thanks
