Default Noise coming from passenger side front wheel

I am getting a noise from the passenger front wheel well when I apply the brakes. It only occurs at the same point of the wheel rotation. It sounds like a crunching noise at really low speeds. The interval the noise is able to be heard at slows as the car's speed decreases. Any ideas?

Inspect your brakes and see if rotors and pads need to be replaced.
