Question Thus noise in the back when breaking?! please help!

Hello there Fellow Pilot folks....
This is my first post and im hoping you guys can send me in the right direction for the resolution of these issues.

So issue # 1 is when i brake hard and
suddenly, for example , when backing out of my parking spot and i suddenly notice there is a car behind me and have to brake suddenly.Right after my car stop i hear a thud noise.
Yes a second later I hear this thud noise.
As if the hard stopping of my car has set off a pendulum and it comes back and hits somewhere/something in the back, underneath and creates that thud noise.
I can also hear liquid splashing around somewhere in the back as if someone turn a half full bottle of windex upside down.

I can also hear a weird noise inside the steering when im turning the steering wheel left or right. It sounds like something is scratching against something inside.

Any ideas what it could be?
guys any help is monumentally appreciated
sincerely
-king koopa

Splashing in rear = fuel sloshing in tank.
Scratch/squealing steering= low power steering fluid.
Noises when you stop suddenly. Suspension movement. Solution drive slower ?

Bilal im sorry i should have stated that earlier.
Its a 2007 Honda Pilot LX. I've got 100,000 Miles on it.

Rocky my friend.......Awesome pal , I will add steering fluid if its slow.
But for the thud noise when i brake suddenly , I've checked the spare tire that resides in the back under the car body but that one is also tight. i gave it a slight push and pull but maybe thats not enough? Ill try to tighten it more?!
anything else i should check for??

But for the liquid sloshing and splashing inside? ive had several cars in the past , driven with several people.....ive never heard fuel splashing/sploshing noises.....wow....is this like a known pilot issue?

PS: I just got new struts and shocks installed on all 4 sides and 2 new stabilizer links on front.

Thank you guys for all the help...
i wish you all happy thanksgiving

Sloshing is a known Pilot feature.
Any work done before the thud started?

haha !...that cracked me up.....

No not really....no work done before this noise....i cant even remember how long its been there...but i started paying attention to it like 3 or maybe 4 months ago....this and the stupid squeak from back right when i go over a speed bump...it was there before the strut/shock and its still there.....the colder the temperatures , the noisier it is...lolzzzzzz
