Default Squeeky Door

Just wondering if anyone had noticed their doors squeaking. Have an 03 pilot and the driver's door is making noise. Sprayed some silicone on the hinges and the black strip. I did away with the noise for about a week. Any suggestions?

keep applying silicone on a weekly basis until it stops. the rubber seals/moving parts, etc in the hinges will absorb silicone like a sponge, and the outsides of these parts will become dry as long as the insides are still thirsty for more. keep reapplying the lube in sensible amounts and the parts will eventually stop squeaking. i do this as a maintainence several times a year, lube all the door/liftgate/hood hinges, liftgate supports, lock mechanisims, any moving parts that have to do with the doors, liftgate and hood.

I just keep a can of wd-40 with the built in straw in my trunk. But generally yes just spray something and it'll go away. I used to have a silicone can spray but I got the wd40 for free from work so what can you do right?

I would use lithium grease on the hinges and use silicone on the gaskets.

Thanks, guys, I will pull out the silicone again tonight. I will have to look for the lithium grease. Any ideas on where to get it?
