Is it possible to add this to a 08 LX? What would I need to make this work? I cant even find it on the fiche. I can see the shaddow of it on the instrument cluster.

Thanks

OP has an LX, probably need to install the temp sensor, which wasn't available on the LX trim level.

So is that all there is too it? Order the sensor and plug it in?
Does Honda leave the harness taped up somewhere?

If the LX wire harness has the plug-in for the outside temperature sensor, it will be located behind the center lower portion of the grille.

However, I doubt very highly that you can just plug in a sensor and the display starts displaying the outside temperature. This part of the display is a multi-use display, and if cycling the different displays (odo A, odo B, overall odo, Oil life %) does not show the "temperature" display, I doubt that it's part of the circuitry for your Pilot.
