Default Trouble with dash lighting

Hi all,

I have a 2005 Pilot I bought this past summer. This morning I noticed that the lighting for the temperature control panrel went out when I turned on my headlights. It comes bak on when I turn the headlight switch off and everything else is working fine.

has anyone else encountered this problem? Or does anyone have any ideas what could have caused this by any chance?

Thanks for any help.

Burnt bulbs most likely, will need to be replaced. Do a search on the forum and you'll find multiple threads on DIY to change out the bulbs.

Search term hvac have several threads bookmarked at home on this.
Basically remove the silvery pieces from side of console, unscrew and remove control unit, replace seven (?) bulbs (neo-wedge) and put it all back.
