Default Navigation software help please

Three questions:

1. Any sources for Map update DVD (2006 white) other than official? Cripes $150.00 is a lot!

2. Where do I access the current disc in my car? I've looked through the manual many times and I can't find anything having to do with the NAV.

3. Am I supposed to be seeing the disclaimer eveytime I start the car?
