New here and first question :)
Hi all im new here,great fourm,lots of helpfull people.
We just bought an 08 Pilot. First question is,im not a fan of the clear tailights,does anyone know if the older model ones(solid red) would fit? Thanks

Welcome, while I cannot answer your queation (I know someone here will get to it quickly), I'm really surprised by your comments on the clear lights. I have an '09 which has solid red tail lights and I HATE them. I would love to have the '08 clear ones...I'm honestly surprised Honda didn't update them to clear for the '12 like they did back in '06.
Good luck with the changeover if you decide to do it.

One of the tweaks people did with 03-05 was replace the taillights with the 06-08 versions. Straight fit. There are also dark smoked lights as well on Ebay
auctions on ebay for around $60. Then sell yours there or here Old thread on this subject with everything you need to know. Installing the '06 taillights in an earlier Pilot

Thanks guys,thats exactly what I needed to know
I personally have never been a fan of any clear tail lights regardless of the vehical there on,they look like those cheap tail lights kids put on there Civic's
