Hello,
Thank you for reading this. I hope you can help. I replaced my front struts and now i have a "click" noise on my left side strut when i turn my wheel. I took it to mechanic and he said it was bearing. He replaced the bearing and still there was the same noise. He took all shock and strut apart and put it together again; however, the noise is still there. He simply doesn't know what it could be. have you ever experienced something like this and can you please help. You can post it here or send me an emil at ahbuco@yahoo.com thank you so much. anything would help. |

inner tie rod end, outer tie rod end, upper strut bearing, sway links (disconnect them and drive around the parking lot--it'll test the links and sway bushings).
Also make sure he got the springs properly aligned on lower strut seats, that the rubber spring cushions are in place, the strut rod boot isn't bound up, etc. Last, I thought some year Pilots suffered from bad spot welds in the strut tower and snapping noises were the symptom?
