I am not sure what it is. . . . In the far back of my 2008 ex-l in the headliner is the middle seatbelt attachment and next to it is another thing that looks like it but no belt in it. What is this for?

Are there two cut outs in it, one about the size of the buckle and another the size of the little anchor? If so, it's to hold the middle seat belt up out of the way so it's not dangling down in your rear view. There should be another one like it for the second row as well.
