Default Interior Panels 2006

Greetings folks, I am a new owner of a 2006 EX (Silver/Grey int) and as I have learned, the previous owners fully used the 3rd row seat for bad bad children. There are scratches and scuffs all over the interior panels, I did know this when buying the Pilot and used it to wiggle the price down a bit, but I was wondering if anyone has ever walked into a Honda dealership and just said 'hey i need new body panels'?

I've been browsing the audio sections on the forum to get an idea of how to remove these panels, but I was wondering if anyone has actually replaced them, or perhaps they modified them and later realized 'whoops' and bought new ones to go back to stock....

The new ones will scratch just as easily as the old ones.

I would bother. But wish Honda would take the time to change the way these panels are.

I'm not worried about the replacement panels ever getting scratched, but this looks like small children sat in the back playing with bayonets and/or gnawing on panels while sitting in the drive-thru!! If I replace the panels I figure they'll at least look better than these...

...and while I rip panels off, I can take some time to dynamat the doors/sub areas and get started planning audio upgrades.

It would probably be good to pick up a service manual if you are planning major mods. It tends to pay for itself in stuff you don't break while trying to figure out how it comes out: Link

You can check out the cost of new panels at majestic hondas parts site: Link
