Default Here Are the pics of the B & M tranny cooler

Took me about 4hrs all together, most of the time was spent removing bumper and splash guard. Broke 4 of those stupid little clips. Cooler is rated at 13000 btu which should be good for about 18000 gvwr not really sure how they get that number but ok. Was able to use two existing condenser bolts to mount the brakets and then one sheet metal screw for the third braket. Did not use any of the zip tie things it comes with they just dont seem sturdy enough. I am very happy with the install and the cooler itself, good cooling and Low Pressure Drop. Pulling a 24' pontoon boat with 85hp johnson outboard to Watauga lake tomorrow. All together I think the boat plus trailler ways around 2800lbs. Will update post with the results.

Thanks, I have a Reece Class III receiver and Reece adjustable ball mount which adjust anywhere from a 6" rise to a 7" drop, pretty handy. What type of Pontoon boat are you looking for.

Not real sure I just got into the hunt. I keep swaying back and forth between a 18-21ft bowrider or a 21-24pontoon. My sister has a 240 Sea Ray its real nice but too much for me right now. I love the room a pontoon offers but I also like the size of the ski boats. I have 3 girls who love the water.

Default Finally got the boat out!!!!

Well after two weeks of getting rained out we finally got to take the boat out. Lots of fun. The Pilot pulled great ran about 50mph in third gear most of the way. Trans cooler felt pretty warm after we arrived. The boat looks huge, boat it is really not that heavy, only about 2800lbs with trailer.
