Monotube Shocks and Struts for 2007 Pilot - Honda Pilot

I want to upgrade the Shocks and struts on our 2007 Pilot. The only ones I have found are twintube GR-2 from KYB and I have tried these before and they are not really an upgrade more like like a sidegrade

.
If any one has found some that will work let me know thanks.

I was looking to see if the MDX shock and springs were any better. The part numbers are different.

The MDX springs are also different PN. Suggesting some very different tuning.

Monroe also makes shocks for the Pilot.
