Think you're up to it?
Efine,
Your mpg figures are absolutey incredible! Maybe you should have someone look at your mods and submit everything to the EPA. 26 MPG under the conditions you have mentioned is an incredible 50% or so better mileage performance than what most folks driving similar Pilots can expect to achieve at your listed 70 to 80 mph.
Wow! Maybe you should think about getting a patent on the mods and make some dough with your engineering magic. I'm sure Honda would be your first customer. Good luck.

It almost sounds as though you are wanting to say, LIER! But I will vouch for him. I have an 05 Pilot with a K&N filter, Mobil 1 5W-20 and I inflate my tires to 40 psi. When I did a permanent change of station from Fort Lewis Washington to Fort Rucker ALabama, we averaged 23 mpg. My 05 Accord Ex average 33 mpg. It may be possible to get that 26 mpg.
Not only that but you mention most folks get 50% less than what he got under his circumstances. That would be 13 mpg...........my Pilot get 18-19 mpg in the city......so how did you come up with 50%?
