Default Airlift products

I have a 2006 Honda Pilot that I am planning to load up to go from NorCal to San Diego. My problem is that I have two adult kids that both play football and their combined weight is 600 lbs. If I add my wife and I we are up to 900 lbs before a single item goes in the vehicle. I recently took a short trip to the Eastern Sierras and noted signficant rear suspension sag and handling differences. I am looking at the Airlift products as a solution for these infrequent occasions. (both in college) In reading through the threads...it appears that this product may resolve the sag but it does not override/address/resolve the basic load capacity (lbs) of the Pilot. I am also concerned about what, if any affect installation of this product would have on the warranty. Any comments, suggestions, ideas would be greatly appreciated.

I believe most people have used the airlift 1000 #60740 they don't list an application for an 06 (mine is an 06 as well) but do for an 04.

I plan on installing this kit too, with 3 kids and cargo the rear of my Pilot sags considerable as well.

Default Airlift 1000 update and 2006 question

I spoke to a company rep today...their website does not list the 2006 Honda Pilot...when I asked them about this they said they have not had an opportunity to bring an an '06 and test it out to be sure the suspension was the same as 03-05. Because of this...they will not warranty the product for 2006....though one of the managers indicated (in candor) that you would just have to indicate it was an '05 in the event of a warranty issue. Does anyone know if there are changes between 05 and 06 on the rear suspension coils? Has anyone actually purchased their little compressor and installed it?

I just ordered the kit fro my '06, plan on installing it this weekend. I'll try to take pictures and let you all know how it goes.
