Honda engines can take it. High rpm's are where their power is at, not to mention doing it on a dyno is easier than real world tests on the street.

rev limiters and modern engine management systems are wonderful pieces of technology, plus i bet your car is under warranty. i wouldn't worry about damage during the test.

Thy really need the vehicle for fitment.
