Has anybody purchased one of these horsepower improvement kits off of eBay?
( 1 Fuel Maxx Vortex Generator 1 Fuel Maxx: Ion Edition Gas Line Ionizer) If so, have you found that it works at all?

That is what I figured, I was just trying to be sure I wasn't missing out on some great item...like wwong's pad set.

Products that claim to increase horsepower or gas mileage (Tornado) have been tested by various places with the same results... no improvement. Just off the top of my head, I know that both Popular Mechanics and Consumer Reports have published their test results.
The part probably costs less than a buck to make... do you honestly think that a car manufacturer would not install it if it actually worked?
