Thanks in advance
My ridgeline rim was off a 2010.

I'm pretty sure the year won't matter because all the ridgeline wheels are 5x120 bolt pattern & 45mm offset.

yes, I have put the spare on my Pilot to check it after I got the tire installed.

I just ordered a wheel, tire, and TPMS sensor for my 2015 Touring that matches my existing set. I should have everything in by the end of next week and will take photos and share once I have everything installed.

Thanks for the help.
kwalow77, for my 2013 Pilot EX-L I replaced the donut spare tire with the same full size Michelin P235/60R18 and custom rim with tmps I have installed all around my Pilot. Here is a pic how the full size spare complete with custom rim looks like.

I got all the parts in and got the spare tire swapped out today.

Michelin Primacy MXM4 Radial Tire - 235/60R18 102T SL - $212.49
Refinished Honda Pilot 2012-2015 18 inch Wheel, Rim OE - $138.00
Genuine Acura 42753-STK-A04 TPMS Sensor Assembly - $33.18
Install TPMS sensor, provide nut and washer, Mount and balance at Honda - $31.29

Total was $414.96 all said and done (including tax) for a full size matching wheel with a matching tire to replace the doughnut spare. I am quite happy with the results!
