Default Which Tire`s Are The Best?

As the title states which tires do you find the best for quietness and wet weather/snow applications. I own an 05 with cupped rear tires that I need to replace. Thinking of getting away from the original Goodyear integrity. Thanks

Michelin LTX M/S2.
Don't fret about the price.
Just buy them and remember regular rotations.

No, just through those out there as my third choice (they have the M+S stamped on the side). Seems to be a pretty good inexpensive tire. I would imagine they would be better than the GY Integrities in the snow.

If your basing your choice off of consumer reports why did you pick the Michelins? They are pretty far down the list and expensive.

The original tires on my 2007 were not good. The tread was mostly gone at 45,000 miles and they had had poor traction in rain for 20,000 miles before that. I replaced them with Goodyear Triple Treads and they lasted about 50,000 miles. The third set of tires are Yokohama Geolanders. They were $35 cheaper per tire than the Goodyears, quieter, and provide excellent traction in the rain.

Another vote for the Michelin LTX MS2 . Love them and they did really well in the snow last winter.

The OP wants tires that are "best for quietness and wet weather/snow applications."

Based upon the CR test results, what would you recommend?

Dude we are in agreement on ltx ms2, see my first post. I just gave a couple of more options. The geolanders being at the bottom of my list.

1. Michelin LTX MS 2
2. General Grabber HTS
3. Yokohama Geolander HTS
