Default Will 245/75/16 Fit on '04?

I am looking to put some 245/75-16 on stock rims for my '04. I saw the width is the same as stock size except the overall diameter is about 1.5" more than stock. Do you think they will rub on turns or over road bumps?
Thanks for all inputs and below is the link of the tire I'm loking at:

On the general Grabber HTS thread below someone put 245 70 16 on his pilot (stock being 235 70 16) and didn't see any problems.

So without checking I'm sure the pilot can handle an extra 5 millimeter above that for the turning radius.

I have the 245"s and they are fine, in fact 245 is your second option on the pilot...

But what about the 75% aspect ratio part of it? From the link of that white Pilot the 245/75-16 looked pretty "tight" around the wheelwell that looked if it cannot take a big bump or bumps while turning. Anyone has experience with 245/75-16 tires to share?

The 245/75/16 tire is larger in overall circumference and diameter than the 235/70/16.

Therefore the tire will rotate less revolutions from point A to point B. That means your speedo cluster will read SLOWER than actual speed and your odometer will register less miles than actual mileage.

Without doing the actual math, I am guessing that your speedo = 65 and actual = 70 with the new tire size. Could be an issue if ever pulled over for speeding.

This can be verified by a GPS unit or with those radar speed signs on the side of the road.

When speedometer reads 60mph actual speed will be 63.1mph.
