Default Bridgestone Offer

I'm planning on replacing the OEM GY Integrities before winter as we have about 67k miles on them. I don't recall what the tread depth is right now, but my wife complained about some slippage last winter, so I figured it's time to replace them.

I did some research and decided on the Bridgestone Dueler A/T Revo 2 tires. Right now, Bridgestone is offering cash back rebates on many of their tires. It might be worth looking into if you're in the market for new tires.

The Revo 2s have a $100 rebate.

The promo ends Oct 2nd, so you roughly have a couple weeks to take advantage of it.

Always good to see this coupon. I tried to start a coupon thread.

Sorry I missed out on your thread, but it would be nice if it was stickied.

My promo is the same one that you posted... but with a couple caveats:

1. It's not a discount, but rather a mail-in rebate.
2. The promo is from the manufacturer, so you do not have to take it to Firestone to take advantage of it.

I just so happen to have a Firestone store about 100 yards from my office...

The question remains...do I spend the extra $ on the Michelin and enjoy a better ride than the Alenzas........or enjoy the extra cash.....

depends, will you live longer with the tires or the extra cash?

I think it comes down to personal preference. Is the better ride worth the extra money to you?

Have you considered going with a different tire altogether... like the Revo 2? They seem to have better reviews on TireRack than the Alenzas and are less expensive.

From past experience, Michelin is the best! Better ride and they last forever!

Revo is too much an AT type tire-the Pilot only needs street all season.

Michelin makes some very good tires, but not all of them are. The OEM Michelins on my Acura Integra and my Honda Accord leave something to be desired.

I'll let you know. The reviews on TireRack for the Revo 2 have them rated higher than many "all-season highway" tires in terms of ride, so I'm willing to give them a shot.
