Wheel interchangeability

I am looking for a Full size wheel to replace my compact spare, and assumed all Pilot wheels are inter changeable, is that a bad assumption? What Pilot Wheels fit an 05 EX? Am i correct to assume that any 5 bolt 16" pilot wheel will fit?

That would be an incorrect assumption to say any 5 bolt 16" wheels. First the bolt pattern has to be the correct size and the offset of the wheel needs to be correct. Wish I could give you both of those of those dimensions, but I feel certain someone on here can. As for all Pilot wheels, the 09 Pilot wheels do not fit the Gen 1 Pilots, not because they are 17", but the bolt pattern is not the same, even though it is a 5 bolt pattern. However, I do believe all Gen 1 Pilot wheels work across the board on all Gen 1s.
