Had a chance to see my wife's Aunt's 2009 Toyota Prius. Got to talking to both the Aunt and Uncle about the Prius. Noticed that the Prius OEM tires are Goodyear Integrity
I finally got rid of my OEM Goodyears almost 8 months ago at 55,000 miles. There was still tread on them, I just got an itch to get more of an SUV tire. I'd bet Honda went with a high mileage, supposedly "automotive" tire just for and extra 1/2 mpg or so... I already knew some of the other makes that came OEM Integrity, but after seeing it on the uber-highmileage Prius, I just couldn't help but reflect on how inappropriate they seemed to be on the Pilot.
