Default 2006 mdx touring wheels

saw these on a garage sale and asked the seller to hold it for me, do these tires fit the 2006 pilot, do i need to have it balanced as well? also it has michellin cross terrains installed and as per seller only 800 miles on them, are these tires any good? and hes selling it for 400. any reply would really be appreciated, thanks

Get them. Perfect fit, they'll have the TPMS sensors as well which you need. Just remove the existing wheels from your Pilot, bolt on the MDX wheels
Good deal as well.

Congrats. Looking good. Check the tire pressures.

I don't know what the MDX runs at, but would start at the 32psi that the Pilot has.

hi rocky, thanks for the tip, checked the pressures yesterday am, and all 4 were on 40psi, checked my buddy's sienna just to make sure my gauge was accurate, his gauge read 36 and mine read 36 as well. i deflated it a little bit 37 on the front and 39 on the rear, side wall says a pressure max of 35psi should i drop it down to 35? called the seller and he told me he had it balanced and pressures checked before selling.
