Nitrogen Filled Tires, will it really help improve your MPG or is it another snake oil product.

FWIW, I believe the thought behind the mileage argument/"sell" is that nirtogen is not/less susceptible to changes in temperature, thereby keeping consistent prescribed pressure in your tires and avoiding fluctuation in rolling resistance caused by the change of temperature.
Should you have a slow leak though, good luck in finding a place that has nitrogen to fill the tire. Introducing regular compressed air completely negates the whole idea of having nitrogen. Keep in mind this is coming from someone that has bought the snake oil.

Regular air is 75% nitrogen anyway.

Yes dry gas is "better", and nitrogen is a dry gas. But is it better in any meaningful way? Probably not for the average driver.

Not worth the $10 ....
My understanding on Nitrogen is that it does not leak out through the rubber as regualr 'air' does - so in effect, you maintain proper tire pressure longer. Still not worth $10. Just check and maintain your tire pressures regularly and their is your MPG savings.
