Default for those who have 2-3 lifecycles of tires, what were they and did you like it?

like the title says, to those who have used up 2-3 lifecycles of tires, what were they and did you like it?

0-65K miles goodyear integriities-you know the story!

65K-125K miles bridgestone duelers A/T revos with 4/32 thread depth-why the change, to another brand? gave ultimate grip wet, dry and snow, steering very responsive like my evo with track tires BUT very noisy between 40-55 mph and some low noise hum above that 75mph+. at 40-50 mph noise, I actually confused it with tranny, transaxle noise.

125K+ now at 138K miles bridestone duelers H/L alenza-same performance numbers of the AT revos although the steering response is not as telegraphic like the AT revos. no slip/sliding in the wet or dry. less rolling resistance, Noise! ZERO! no road noise due to tires at all. now I can hear wind buffeting due to my permanent thule cargo box I do enjoy the radio and cd's.

to those who have the alenzas. did you guys have the same experience-no tire noise at all? no wonder they are oem for toyota suv's, lexus' suv and cadillac 'slades.

I have the alenzas with 10k only so far. I would say that its no less noise than the GYs but way more grip and better handling. The Revos are just the wrong spec of tire for the Pilot.

I have the Alenza's with about 10K on them and although I don't think they are noiseless, they are definitely much quieter than the Integrities and the Toyo Proxes STs that I ride on in the summer. The Toyos have about 7K on them and they have gotten quite noisy in the last 2-3K miles. Still great handling and grip on both the Alenza's and Toyos in both wet and dry.
