Be careful with the spray foam like Great Stuff. It's fine if you use it in your house but if it gets into a high-heat environment, like a hot parked Pilot, it can reactivate and expand a little. You can get a non-reactivating version at www.publicmissiles.com. (I have no relationship with Public Missiles, I just use their parts and foam in rockets.)
