Default Any Infiniti Fans?

After 15+ years I decided to retire my beloved 1994 Honda Accord EX.

I wanted to have another car with a manual transmission and I decided on a gently used 2006 G35 Sedan 6MT.

I have registered with the G35driver.com site but was wondering if anyone knew of a another forum similar to this excellent one that was for Inifinti owners.

Thanks - Terry

Rest in Peace - 2005 Pilot EX-L, Redrock Pearl (55,814 miles). Hit tree and rolled over resulting in total loss, WB Highway 4 East of Arnold, California. All 5 occupants walked away from crash.

I hung out there for a while when I was considering a coupe--seemed like a pretty good site.

g35driver is probably the best G35 site in terms of general information for the car with regards to maintenance, modifications, etc. and it also has a pretty large member base. Another good site is my350z.com for the maintenance, mod/technical information for the VQ35, as well as classifieds.

I think G35frenzy.com aka myGfrenzy.com was okay, but I'm not sure. No experience with NICO, but IIRC, parts of FreshAlloy are great for technical aspects regarding the VQ35, esp builds and force induction.

Btw, congrats on the G Sedan. I've always liked that car, esp in that color, but look out for oil consumption in that Rev-Up motor. You can get more info on that on G35Driver or my350z.

Default Did not think about consumption

Thanks for the input about the various websites and for the "heads up" about possible oil consumption in the G35.

After owning 2 Hondas and an Infiniti i30 that that never used a drop of oil, I would not think to monitor the oil levels in the G35. I will keep and eye on it now

Yeah, the VQ30s, like the one in your I30, have had few to none oil consumption issues to my knowledge, but some of the VQ35s have been more problematic on that front, some worse than others obviously.

Here are couple of discussions with good info on that.
