Default Bit the Bullet went for a new car :)

Said I was going to do it but to be honest it was far from easy. My pilot had be absolutely perfect for the 3years and 35k. Never once did it give me any trouble with any part of the vehicle! It worked perfectly everytime just like the day I brought it home. Its awd and excellent suv characteristics i'm sure saved my life as I did some dumb things with it that it was never designed to do but it always kept me safe, even when someone hit me.

I know I know why would I get rid of my pilot if it was so perfect??? I'm not married, i'm 20 years old, and I rarely have any task which requires such an extreme amount of space as to make the pilot useful for me. The size is fantastic when it is being used and I even like large vehicles its just impracticle for me.

So I introduce a new member to my family for better or for worse here she is Maggie. Just like its predecessor I have begun adding a few mods to make it my own.

Just like to thank everyone for all the help and advice i've gotten over the years. Don't worry I'm not going anywhere whenever I've had questions I have always received a prompt and correct answer. Always check this forum periodically for updates and still love Honda and Acura. So far i'm learning a lot about cars, I put on the new intake and researched all about new exhaust and think I got the one that fits me.

By the way I just used a clay bar for the first time and it works great, should've been doing it to the pilot the whole time! Wish I hadn't gotten black again but when I saw this one I had to take it

Just put it on the other day company in irvine called Zoomers.

Certainly wasn't cheap but they are quality guys with lifetime warranty and an excellent product. shocked at the increase in power and its nice and quiet until you step on it. I am little annoyed by how loud it can be inside the car but I've been told its just that way since its a station wagon

Its OK, he only keeps them for 35K and I hear Dodges are good for 50 to 80K these days.

Looks nice!

Since they are not going to make them anymore in the near future, I bet you got a GOOD deal.

Yep I got a great deal and it only has 20k in miles . Those are charger srt8 rims which I prefer more than the magnum ones plus I found a great deal on those so I had to jump on it.

I know its a dodge everytime it starts up with no problems their will be a big smile on my face But i do have a very good warranty for another 4 years so when something does break it shouldn't be a catostrophe

I've got it tuned, with new intake, and exhuast so i'm close to 400hp. Not going to lie in the city with my foot heavy on the gas its gets pretty awful gas mileage! On the few long trips i've had i've seen upto 27-28mpg. I would say for my normal habit driving i get only a slight improvement over the pilot so if you look at it from that point its not big change.

Yeah i'll post some more pics when I get my two other goodies on, chin spoiler, and headlight halos (which i'm scared to install having to take apart the headlight).

thats correct they only made about 150,000 of them of all different models and types over the 3years. Not saying they will be collected in the future but i can dream

One thing magnum has over the pilot is the amount of aftermarket products you can buy

But I went to talk to my local dodge dealership and not sure what to think but 05 has a 7 year 70,000 powertrain and i'm positive on this and this jerk tried to tell me its 3 year 36,000 miles. I had to threaten to sue before he "checked his files" and saw I was correct. Little bit scary there since i've only had good experiences with my honda dealer
