Default Possible Accord defect? What would you do??

I think we may have an issue with our 3 month old 07 Accord. We took it to the dealer for a creaking noise. They though they fixed it, but it happened again before we even left the lot. We took a mechanic for a ride. He heard it. He thinks it could be some type of flex in the body. And said he's not sure they could ever find it. It's been getting more noticeable as the car gets older. Before we took it in, I told my wife it sounds to me like the body or frame flexing. My question...if it's determined to be a factory defect that can't be fixed, what should Honda do?? Hopefully it's nothing and can be fixed. But, if it's not, I'm wondering what to do.

Art, we have an '07 Accord about the same age. Haven't heard any unusual noises from it though. Hope you get it resolved.

It was a scrunching. Kind of like something rubbing together. After taking it back the second time they figured it out. Seems there's a service bulletin on it. The front suspension, something rubs together, so it tells them to take it apart and make some adjustment.

hmmmm interesting! well Im glad they got it figured out and they better fix it.
the reason i asked is because my 04 tsx had a creaking noise when i got it.
it bothered the hell out of me.... i researched it a little bit and found out that it was common with this car. it had something to do with the windsheld not being mounted (or whatever) properly. so i took it in and with no questions asked they fixed it. it took them the whole day (i mean the car was there the whole day) but they fixxed it.....no more noise.
so i thought that maybe it might be the same issue....but guess not!
Im glad they found it tho
