transfer lease/sell - RAV4 06 less than 2000 miles - Honda Pilot

Hi all,
PLease help.
I am leaving US and moving to canada. Just learnt that I cannot continue with my lease for RAV4 black, 06 2WD , less than 2000 miles ( i use only for shopping and needed a safe/new vehicle for my family).

Brand new- just had it for 8 months. 36 months lease/318 per month.

I am willing to transfer the lease without any downpayment. I think it is a better deal than from dealers.

Absolutely there is nothing wrong with the vehicle. Just I am moving out of the country when new job offer came. I can show support those evidences to interested parties. Vehicle has no dents, scratches, dirt- nothing. Very clean maintenance.

I have to sell this within 5 weeks and move on.

Oops! Sorry. I forgot to mention that.

I live in CT, USA. And I also typed wrong about miles it is less than 4000 (i guess around 3500).

I am aware of several sites like swapalease, leasetrader etc. but thought I could save some money by requesting in a high profile and dynamic website.

Any help will be much appreciated.
